  1. Try logging in to Yahoo account from another browser.
  2. If you are using the Yahoo application on your mobile device, update the app.
  3. Connect your device to a Wi-Fi network.
  4. On an iOS device, go to App Store.
  5. Select My Applications and touch the Yahoo app.
  6. Tap Updates and touch on the Update button.
  7. Now, wait until the update is complete and open the app.
  8. If you are using an email client to access Yahoo Mail, make sure to configure your account correctly.
  9. Go to the Compose mail section and try sending an email message to yourself.
  10. If you receive any error messages, continue with the on-screen instructions to receive emails again.
  11. If you didn’t receive any errors, go to the Spam folder.
  12. Check whether the email is marked as spam. 
  13. Also, verify whether you have marked the email address as spam.
  14. If you have turned on any filters, remove the filters so that the email messages are not sent to other folders.
  15. Go to the blocked list in the Yahoo mail. If you have added any emails unknowingly in the blocked list, remove them.
  16. Check the sender to verify whether the email message is received.
  17. If the issue persists, remove and readd your account on the Yahoo app.
  18. Now, log in to your account using the correct username and password.
  19. Uninstall and reinstall the Yahoo application to fix the issue.
  20. Now, you will start receiving email messages.
