Fix: Comcast Email Hacked Not Receiving Emails

The Comcast email service will allow you to access all available email programs on the web. It is easy to use and also provides quality email service. It also allows users to check their emails and send messages using other email programs without using Comcast’s webmail interface. If you notice any unrecognized emails or any emails in the Sent or Outbox folder that you have not sent, it means your account is hacked. RESET YOUR ACCOUNT PASSWORD

  1. First, launch the default browser on your computer.
  2. Next, visit the official login page of Comcast.
  3. Here, click the “Forgot Xfinity ID or password?” link under the Sign In button.

  5. In the “Reset your password” window, enter your Comcast email address, mobile number, or username into the respective field and click Continue.

  7. Next, you will see a CAPTCHA in the security check window.
  8. Input the CAPTCHA into the respective field and click the Continue button to proceed.
  9. Here, you need to give an answer to the security question and verify your email address or mobile number to confirm your account authority.
  10. In the Password Resetting window, input the verification code you have received in your email address or mobile number.
  11. Now, follow the on-screen prompts to reset your Comcast account’s password on your computer.
  12. After resetting the password, check if you can receive an email in your Comcast account.
  13. If you are still unable to receive any emails, follow the below instructions to solve the issue.

ENSURE THE CONNECTIVITY
