To set up Bigpond mail on your Windows 10 Mail, you must know the incoming and outgoing server address and server port numbers (server settings) for IMAP and POP.

Incoming server details- IMAP:

Outgoing server details:

  1. Server address:
  2. Server port: 465 (recommended) or 587
  3. Authentication: Yes
  4. Encrypted connection: SSL/TLS on port 465 (recommended) or STARTTLS on port 587


  1. Go to Windows 10 Mail and select the Settings icon.
  2. Click on the Manage Accounts option and choosethe Add Account menu.

  2. Enter your email address and password for your account.
